1. How long does shipping take?

Orders made through our store are shipped using Royal Mail's tracked 48-hour service from collection. While we strive to provide timely delivery, please note that once the package is with Royal Mail, any delays are beyond our control. We will do our best to provide updates on the status of your delivery.

2. What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at sweetscents660@gmail.com. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: 9 Cragg Road, Cleator Moor, Cumbria, CA25 5PP, United Kingdom. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please reach out to us at sweetscents660@gmail.com with your concerns.

4. Can I return perishable or personalized items?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, as well as custom products or personalized items. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are not eligible for returns. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us for further assistance.

5. Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. What is the European Union cooling off period?

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

7. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

8. What if I haven't received my refund?

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at sweetscents660@gmail.com for further assistance.
